Emmett Sumner is the writer. He's back in town to help his mother save the lodge. He's doing the website's blog and trying to drum up marketing buzz. That's when his mother decides it would be a good idea to team up with the resort on the other side of the hill. Not a bad marketing plan, but terrible for Em's heart because that is the resort owned by Elle Noble's family.The Nobles and Sumners have had a feud running for years, but it never cast it's shadow on the lives of Em and Elle all through school. They were the best of friends, and their families thought they would end up together, but they didn't. A series of events draws them apart and both of them are nursing a broken heart.
Can this be the time for them to get back together and make a third try to be together? Yes, it definitely can!
