Book Review

There's not much of the Brotherhood Protectors in this book except for a brief visit Hank and Sadie pay to the Cape. Other than that you've got your wounded SEAL, the contradictory girl who seems strong but is actually so so vulnerable, and the twister of a storm that brings them together. It was very predictable, but well composed.

Book Review

This is another story of disabled veterans. Here we have a widowed Delta Force veteran, Viper and an amputee Army Ranger Dallas. The two are all for the mission and never about a personal relationship. When they are asked to try and flush out a potential wedding saboteur by faking their own nuptials, it's just another mission to the two of them. They will get to know each other and pretend to be in love, all for the good cause of catching the miscreant causing these issues for newly weds.

The best laid plans of man will always go awry and the wedding day shows up with no clue about who is trying to cause the multiple accidents they have been through. When Dallas almost dies, Viper is hit with the realization that he'd care if something happened to her. Not just because she's his partner, but because she's crept into his heart.

Sam is the last of the four brothers in this series. Just like all the others, he didn't fall gently in love, but literally rescued his future girlfriend from thugs looking to kidnap her.
Kinsey is having a bit of trouble on this new chapter of her life. She sold off everything and moved to Europe for a fresh start, but everything went wrong from the job she had lined up falling through to the people she was working for leaving without giving her her wages.
Kinsey's optimistic attitude despite everything that she has gone through finally thaws the heart that Sam has kept in deep freeze since he lost his fiancee to cancer. Neither of them are looking for a permanent relationship, but both of them end up falling, hard, for each other. Nice plot, good characterization and of course the family dinner reunion was a nice touch at the end of the series.

Book Review

This book has it all! Navy SEAL Tucker has a no commitment policy. He likes the ladies, but is upfront about just having fun. Then he meets Razor! aka Delaney O’Connell, the only female helicopter pilot for the 160th Night Stalkers. Razor cuts the men off before they even begin to get close. However Tuck gets under Delaney skin. They may not have wanted to but end up falling in love.

The twist comes into play when Tuck's team member and buddy Cory proposes to Delaney in front of the entire SEAL team. Cory was unaware of the private liaison between his best friend and the woman he has decided he wants to marry. Unwittingly the love triangle takes a hit for the worse when Cory ends up with an amputation after a mission where false information leads his team into a trap.
