Book Description
Everything changed on the night of the Olympian Comet.
I’ve always known that I’m a witch. But I didn’t expect to discover that I have a mysterious power unheard of amongst my kind. My best friend Garrett — who I’ve secretly been wanting to become more than a friend — has one of these powers too.
We know something big is going on. But we didn’t realize that there are ancient creatures searching for us, and that they’ll kill us for what we are…
The Wrath of the Fury is a short story that takes place in the Elementals universe. It can be read before, during, or after the Elementals series.
Book Review
If you enjoyed the Elementals series and wouldn't mind reading more about demi-gods from that universe, you will enjoy this story. Even if you have not read the series, this is a good standalone short story that may just intrigue you into reading what happened next. I enjoyed revisiting the comet appearance with a different set of witches.

Book Description
The book is a rendition of the Hindu Epic Mahabharata from Draupadi's (Panchaali's) point of view. Writer elaborates the Mahabharata with modern twist as it narrates the story from the perspective of Draupadi. The story takes us to a world that includes half-history, half-myth and full magic. The novel is a completely human novel about a woman born in this patriarchal society, the world full of agony and the ever manipulating hands of destiny.
The story reflects the facts about Draupadi’s life, like born from agni or fire of yagna, friendless childhood, where her adorable brother is her only true friend; her complex friendship with the mysterious Krishna; to marriage, maternity and her secret attraction to the undisclosed man who is her husbands' most dangerous opponent.
Book Review
The Mahabharat is a tale that few Indians can escape. Even if you have not formally read the story, there is no way you have avoided watching it on television, or hearing tales from it from grandparents. When I sat down to read this story, the epic as rendered by Draupadi, I was not sure what to expect. I must say that it was very well written.
The woman's point of view, of what was acceptable and what was not. How wanting just Arjun blinded her to the love of Bheem. How Kunti was not the sainted mother, but actually a cunning mother in law. What really was it like to be born of fire, and have ever one fear her. The crush on Karna, the longing and the shame.
It was such a fantastic retelling, I still get goosebumps thinking about what Panchali has to endure. An absolute MUST read.

Loki vowed Asgard would burn.
Bohdi Patel, latest incarnation of Chaos, wants nothing to do with Loki’s psychotic oath.
Stranded on the icy world of Jotunheim with Amy Lewis, his friend Steve Rogers, and an unlikely band of civilians, magical beings, and elite military, Bohdi just wants to keep himself and his friends alive … but when you’re Chaos incarnate, even the simplest goals are complicated.
If Jotunheim doesn’t kill them, Odin will, and if Odin doesn’t, the secrets they harbour might.
In the final instalment of I Bring the Fire, Bohdi, Amy, and Steve learn that Chaos cannot be contained, some secrets cannot be kept, and some vows cannot be broken.
Book Review
Okay, all the ice and difficulties in the beginning of the book were a bit boring to wade through. Although it was good to see Amy and Bohdi finally acknowledge each other's feelings. I did enjoy the twist of change of the guards for the Norse Gods in the end. I'm not revealing any more because it would not be fair to add spoilers to the review. Needless to say if you have the rest of the books in the series, you will surely be reading this one with bated breath right till the end.
And I need to get the grouse of my chest. Bohdi is supposed to be Indian, but no Kashmiri will be called Bhat, that's a south Indian surname. Plus Triloki, that is just not a Muslim name! I know I want to congratulate the author for the rest of the series being so much fun, but she really should have researched the name a bit better. Okay, I'm done grousing. Go read the book.

Book Description
When science meets Chaos, what could go wrong?
Bohdi Patel is keeping the revelation that he is Chaos incarnate a secret, and handling the revelation about as well as one would expect. He’s in a downward spiral: losing his lease, totaling his car, and trying to keep everyone he cares about at arm's length.
Veterinarian Amy Lewis is wondering what happened to the funny, flirty, curious Bohdi she knew in the land of the Norns. He’s become moody and sometimes cruel. She is definitely glad she didn’t become romantically entangled with him ... most of the time.
When tragedy strikes Amy’s beloved mutt Fenrir, and Odin strikes Bohdi’s best friend Steve, they have to work together again. Amy’s knowledge of science, Bohdi’s talents for theft, and both of their survival skills are put to the test. But more than Steve and Fenrir’s lives are at stake. Amy and Bohdi may unlock the key that saves mankind from the gods … or bring about the apocalypse.
Book Review
He definitely did not ask to be Loki's next incarnation. However Bohdi has to face the facts and the facts are that he is Chaos reincarnated and he is in love with Amy. For his own sanity he needs to keep his distance, but its difficult when he wants her so much. She is the friend who understands him better than anyone else. And its a friendship he is willing to go to great lengths to preserve. Especially when he needs her medical background to help heal his best friend Steve.
Amy knows she is conducting all kinds of crimes, but if she can get Steve okay again it will all be worth it. Fenirr is a good experiment subject, but something about messing with magic is bound to end badly. Specially when she is not completely honest about how she achived her results. However she can't just stand by and let Odin supress Earth using magic. She has to even the odds, and she does it remarkably well. Can't wait to read what happens next.

Two years ago Loki, God of Mischief and Chaos, destroyed a large chunk of Chicago’s financial district and then vanished into thin air. He still has not been found. Bohdi Patel’s memory was wiped by Loki’s mischief. He thinks Amy and Thor are both crazy to want anything to do with Loki. But he needs to find his parents, and he’s been told the Norns will answer any question—for a price.
When Chaos is the goal, only one thing is certain: Amy and Bohdi are about to get into worlds of mischief.
Book Review
The hunt is on for Loki. Or rather his reincarnation, since he blew himself up with Cera. Odin has his minions hunting the 9 realms to see just what kind of magical creature Loki aka Chaos is going to show up as. Thor is hunting for him and so is Amy. Bohdi is not looking for Loki, but he wants to know more about himself. When the opportunity for inter realm travel presents itself with Amy as his guide to hunt for the Fates and find out more about himself, he gladly hops on to Thor's chariot. Amy may have different motivation for visiting the Fates but she is glad of the company.
Spiders, forest fires, killer insects and a whole lot more scary stuff later they manage to hitch a ride on a dragon to get to the Fates in the land of the Norns. What Bohdi suspects is confirmed, but he's in no mood for the six armed women or their charms. All he wants is to find out about his parents, but chaos rules and they have to make a quick escape from the furious Fates. Am I going to read the next story in the series? Hell yea!

Book Description
After being attacked by a serial killer, saved by Loki -- so-called God of Mischief, Lies and Chaos -- dragged to Alfheim, losing every cent in her bank account, and caring for her grandmother, Amy Lewis has lost her scholarship to veterinary school. But she has a plan. If she can manage to keep her day job as a receptionist, and her night job as a vet tech, she may be able to get her scholarship reinstated and save enough money for the dreaded 'miscellaneous fees.'
Too bad her day boss is unbearable...
Agent Steve Rogers has political aspirations, but when a suitcase nuke turns out to be something much worse and so-called Norse gods start showing up in his life, he has a priority shift.
Meanwhile, Loki's priorities and plans haven't changed at all. He wants Asgard to burn. Of course, earthly pleasures can be so distracting.
These three disparate characters have little in common, but they'll have to join forces to save earth from trolls, wyrms, frost giant invasions, and an old evil growing beneath Chicago's streets.
In this second volume of "I Bring the Fire," chaos comes to our world and decides to stay. The nine realms will never be the same.
Book Review
After throwing Amy's life into total confusion as her grandmother goes into a coma and Loki empties her bank account, Loki disappears. Amy is questioned by the FBI who are trying to understand just what this colourful character is up to. She is even given a job, which she suspects is just their manner of keeping a close watch on her, to help rebuild her life.
Amy is just about coming to terms with her new reduced circumstances, when the chaos that is branded by Loki re-enters her life. Loki is not sure what he wants with Amy. Perhaps he is just amusing himself while he learns how to harness Cera's power. He knows he intends to bring Odin to his knees and make Asgard burn, he just doesn't know how its all going to come together.
