Book Review
The third book in the Paradise Cove series brings us the story of Brittany. The talented dancer has been working in Miami and is pregnant with a baby that the father does not want. She returns home to lick her wounds and is surrounded by the love of her mother and sisters.
Chase is there to make good on following his dreams of creative writing. A month away from his maddening job with the promise of his play being considered by a friend who may produce it is enough to get him started, but he's lost his muse.
Brittany brings his writing to life and when he's there to help her when she miscarries, they both bond. He sees her for who she really is, behind that brash and confident face. He can see the vulnerable little girl and he wants to protect her, celebrate her. She's not too happy with how he decides to do that...Very nice rounding out of the series.

Book Review
The story follows up with Nick and Jennie's tale from the first book in the Heavenly Christmas series. There was a hint in that book about the stalker in Allison's past. Nick is worried about his waitress' safety enough to be glad when Police Chief Ian Brown decides to take a personal interest in the case. He's not too sure about Ian taking a personal interest in Allison!
Still the crusty old policeman and the feisty young photographer cum waitress have their own challenges. Least of which is the old stalker coming to make them bleed. Both are equally convinced that the best thing they can do is give up the other person, but will they realize what a huge mistake they're making?

Book Review
I read this book as a part of the Ten Christmas Brides Boxed set, I had already written my review for that after reading the first four books. Its a great collection. Then I read this book, and it literally forced me to write a review! Brad and Cindy's romance was so sweet and so true to life. The grieving widow, who is making small decisions to cope with a big life change. The Santa in the mall filling in for his brother. The chance encounter in the mall followed by the second encounter at home. The story developed so beautifully. I totally loved it. The spirit of the festival season combined with the need for little Ty to have a father all come together so well. I really enjoyed reading this book.

There is something quite endearing about a 180 year old cupid making a small town the Love Hub where a marriage takes place every month and there is no divorce!
The first book sees a man in love with the mountain fall in love with a woman who is only there for a short time. How the ex Olympian skier falls for the fabulous catering cook while deciding only to enjoy things while they last is really sweet. As the new pastry chef in town Tara Reynolds has her work cut out for her. She really does not have time to fall in love with Devon. Unfortunately neither one of them is immune to cupid's own brand of magic!
The second book sees a level headed business woman losing all reason and getting flustered over the stranger in town for a hot story. Can a passing journalist give this wedding shop owner what she needs to believe in lasting love? Mia is the hard working, sensible sibling of the boys who run the bar. Kayla and Sean's story is a great start to a new series by Patrice Wilton. Three sisters decide to help their mother run the guest
cottages their step father bequeathed them just before his death. They all move
from their respective lives ad come to Paradise Cove. The resort has a good
location, but is badly in need of restoration and the sisters have decided that
they are going to get the needful done. This book has the story of how the
eldest, Kayla, finds her prince charming.
Dr Sean Flannigan has decided that he has nothing more to
live for when he is unable to save his daughter from leukaemia. His wife in her
grief blames him for not being able to cure her and they get a divorce. Sean
isn’t operating at full throttle in the operation theatre and decides to take a
break. This means sailing on his boat and out of his old life, maybe even to
end his life.
What Sean hasn’t counted on is meeting Kayla. Her compassion
may just be what he needed to get over his own depression. Beautiful beginning
to another romantic series by Patrice Wilton. I received this book as a gift
from the author for an honest opinion. It’s a lovely romantic read with a lot
of very real life situations that crop up in the girls family.
