Dulcie has been considered dull, uninspiring and run of the mill. The one thing that she is not considered is passionate, however an exciting turn of events helps her discover that when she is not paying too much attention to what the others will think, she can be quite passionate. An unexpected opportunity to kiss Rowan in the dark without him even knowing who it was is what it takes for her to discover this.The trouble is that in the light of day she would never presume to be so bold. The quiet and sober reputation is so firmly in place that when Rowan wants to trace the identity of the mystery kisser he actually asks for her help to find the woman.
