Raikar and Maevan have finally married after three years of courtship. Korla and Jorgan are about to wed as well. Coran has found his match in Rei. And Even Renna and Kai are going to be reunited soon. Everything was going well...too well if you know what I mean.



Yes I was expecting it. No it didn't make it easier. Queen Xenya's murder is just about the most tragic incident ever. Now Maevan needs to take charge but the poor thing is so broken. Raikar needs to help his wife and be her strength.



Granada and Sol's side story takes up a lot of the book. Yes Cardea is important in the series, but I was wondering why so much importance was given to this back story that could have been handled much faster.

Like Donovan and Maddie I am also a huge trivia fan and that made the book so much more interesting to me personally. These high school sweethearts had to go through a lot of separated growing up to realize that what they had back then was the real deal. I enjoyed the very real wallowing that Maddie does in the book, could so totally relate to it. Also Donovan's character at times came away too good to be true. I mean really doctors without borders, trivia king, perfect gentleman, do they really have such guys out there? hhhmmmm so that;s why we need book boyfriends!

As they progress through the adventure, they find men, warriors really, who are honourable and loyal. Equally fascinating, they are sworn to protect the sisters. The Forgotten Realm may not be the world they know and love, but the men they love are very much part of it. It's time that the sisters do what fate has dictated to them even before they were born.



So much action and adventure. So many twists and turns of magic and love stories. It was an absolute delight to read this set of stories intertwined by the Goddess!
