Book Description
Meadow Crawford sees things that no one else does. When a blind date goes badly wrong, she discovers that the world of fae and a city full of shifters actually exist. And that Rafe O'Shea isn't the kind of man to let a disastrous first date deter him from asking for a second. Rafe knows Meadow is meant to be his mate from the moment he sees her, but her friendship with the mysterious fae leader Smith brings a new level of complication into Rafe's life. When Meadow is kidnapped by a rogue pack, Rafe will pay any price and fight any monster to rescue her. With Valentine's Day right around the corner, Rafe wants his mate safe with him and to show her everything is right in the world. But if she can't trust herself or her new powers as a muse, how will she ever trust him?
Book Review

Book Review

Book Description
Eloise Deacon has a deadline: deliver a hyena princess and ten grand in ransom money in less than two days, or Eloise will pay with her life. The only problem is, she can't find the princess and barely has two nickels to rub together. She'll need more than her mother's Medusa powers to stay alive -- until handsome Benedict Chase walks into her life. Benedict Chase spends most of his time chasing trouble for his brothers. The girl with the silver eyes is clearly her own kind of trouble, but he's powerless to resist when his lion claims her. So what if her hair literally has a mind of its own and most of the shifters in the city are after her? She's exactly who he's been looking for, as long as she doesn't paralyze him by mistake. But saving Eloise from the trouble she's in means risking a war with the hyenas, and it could drag every other shifter in the city into an interspecies civil war. Benedict knows she's worth it, but his brothers aren't so sure. Will he go against the Pride to save her, risking everything the Chase brothers have built?
Book Review
After Natalia and Logan get together, Benedict is going about business as usual. Till Atticus gets into trouble and needs to be bailed out. That's where he meets Eloise. He senses she's not quite human, and he's upset enough with the treatment being meted out to her by the cops to interfere. He bails her out and she robs him! That's how the adventure begins.

Book Review
I always like Shifter books. This one actually has a credible storyline and well fleshed out characters. First Lion Shifter Book I've read and I really enjoyed it. The Chase brothers are an interesting bunch. Can't wait to see how the series progresses.

Book Description
One man. One woman. One restaurant. A stormy temper, and a grudge that's been years in the making. It's the perfect recipe for Romance: Impossible. But add a little heat, and anything can happen...
Jillian Brown needs a job. Chef Maxwell Dylan needs an employee who can put up with him. And for some reason, the notorious celebrity chef has his sights set on her. It's a match made in the deepest fires of hell, but Jill's desperate, and righteous indignation doesn't pay the bills.
Chef Dylan doesn't seem to remember their chance encounter years ago, when he embarrassed Jill in front of a restaurant full of customers. And Jill - well, she's willing to put the memory behind her, in the name of a steady paycheck.
But things get complicated. Tempers flare, verbal sparring soon gives way to a grudging mutual respect - and feelings that the once-bitten, twice-shy Jill isn't ready for. Especially not with a man like Chef Dylan. But with flames licking higher, can Jill resist the temptation? More importantly, does she really want to?
Book Review
It is difficult to be a good chef when your boss is cutting corners on the grocery supplies, but Jillian is doing her best, when celebrity chef Dylan walks into her restaurant and publicly berates her skills. Its been years to the incident and Jillian is coping with the disastrous market as an unemployed chef when a seemingly golden opportunity comes her way. Possible employment, however the rider is that it would be at Chef Dylan's new restaurant in town.
Dylan gives no sign of recognizing her and for that she is grateful. She learns he is temperamental in the kitchen but always fair. She is just about learning to cope with him, when he drops the bomb. He does remember her and he is sorry. His respect for her hard work and skills are at war with his need to treat her as the new woman in his life. He knows he only ever crashes and burns in relationships, so he should keep it professional, The path to love is framed with good intentions, but will their personal or professional lives survive the tempers, the angry words and more of all their mutual attraction.
Characters were well fleshed out and story was interesting. My first book from this author, but enjoyed it enough to read another from her collection.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Ginny Baird brings you

THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE ROAD

THE HOUSE AT HOMECOMING COVE
A New York City musician rents a historic farmhouse at the Virginia Eastern Shore, where odd things start occurring. Though the hot groundskeeper tries to protect her, is she really safer in his arms?
Book Review
Having read a number of other books by Ginny I was a little surprised at the paranormal element, but totally enjoyed it.
The Ghost Next Door - Elizabeth is a woman on a mission - make the little weekly newspaper come alive and make a good life for her teenaged daughter and herself in the new town. When things get a little spooky, Nathan, the town sheriff steps in to help. While Nathan is happy to be the one to keep the town safe, he'd rather keep his heart safer in Elizabeth's hands. He wants them to like the town and stay. Not leave like his sister Bella and niece Melody, but there are secrets around that may just drive the mother daughter duo away.
The Light at the End of the Road - Samantha Williams is in a hurry to get to the hospital where her father is undergoing heart surgery. The weather is terrible and a road block causes her to try some back roads which she would ordinarily never traverse. Then her car skids and she is in mortal danger. That's when Jake Marlow comes to her rescue. He pulls her out of the car despite the smoke from the burning engine. They then wander around the old country roads trying to find help. Unfortunately they seem to be lost, and Sam is not so sure they are going to get to the hospital in time for her to see her father. As they face mishap after mishap on the cold snowy night the two of them bond over the intense experience. The only trouble is, it was not real!
The House at Homecoming Cove - Melissa Carter is fighting burnout as a musician and heartbreak as a woman when she comes to stay for a month at the House at Homecoming Cove. She id definitely not prepared to meet her handsome groundskeepers, specially when she can't get rid of the feeling that she's met him before. Naturally that could never have happened with him here and her in New York, so why did she feel when she looked into his eyes that he knew her since ages. Stone Thomas has had nightmares of drowning since he was eight years old. The way he went under may have changed but the end result stayed constant. He was not looking for love, just a little bit of peace of mind as he made his way back after a traumatic accident in the Caribbean where he very nearly did drown. Then Melissa rented the home he felt drawn to for a month.
The two of them can't help but feel that they were meant to be, but when strange incidents occur in the house, which locals have considered haunted, both of them have to wonder if continuing their relationship is a good idea, after all.
I received a copy of the ebook from the author for an honest opinion.
